Data Protection is of a particularly high priority for RokuPrint GmbH, 89610 Oberdischingen.

RokuPrint GmbH is subject to the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Technical and organizational measures are therefore taken to ensure that the regulations for Data Protection are met.

3. Surveying Personal extracted data

Personal data is only processed if you provide Nautilus with information regarding advertisements or consuming, and delivery times. The IP addresses of all visitors to this Website will be collected, in order to enable bug tracking. Person-related evaluation of this data does not take place.

4. Cookies

Our webpage stores a session cookie (a small text document) on your hard drive. It only contains an identification number (Session-ID), which allows to identify subsequent requests from the browser of the same user. It only lasts for this session and will automatically be deleted after you close your browser window. These temporary cookies are used by many servers and do not imply any safety risk. You can also decline cookies in the settings of your browser, if you have sufficient privileges. The usage of our webpage is not affected by this

5. Use and Transfer of Personal Data

The extracted data is used for the purpose of processing internal and necessary information. The telephone number (given voluntarily) is used only to respond to requests.  Your personal data will not be provided to any third party. We state that we will not provide your data further to a third party without your explicitly given consent.

In the event of any data being transferred on to service providers for the purpose of data processing, the data must comply with the GDPR, and other legal regulations and is bound to the individual regulations.

Complete data security cannot be guaranteed for communication via email, forwarding by means of regular mail is recommended for confidential information.

8. Right to Erasure
